Position Overview We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Pennsylvania. This is a no-call, weekday-only role focused on high-risk pregnancy management, offering an excellent work-life balance in a supportive clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities - Provide specialized care for high-risk pregnancies
- Manage conditions such as:
- Pregnancy-induced hypertension & HELLP syndrome
- Diabetes (Type I, II & gestational)
- Cardiac, pulmonary, renal, neurological, and autoimmune disorders
- Perform and interpret advanced prenatal ultrasounds
- Conduct Level II targeted scans & fetal echocardiography
- Perform amniocentesis procedures
- Support management of multiple gestations and complex obstetric cases
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR

- Monday Friday schedule
- Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- No call required
Qualifications - MD/DO degree
- Board Certified/Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Active Pennsylvania medical license (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- BLS & DEA required
Preferred Experience - Strong expertise in high-risk obstetrics and fetal medicine
- Experience with advanced ultrasound interpretation & procedures
- Comfortable managing complex maternal and fetal conditions
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
