JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM only)
  • Licenses: Active North Carolina medical license (IMLC accepted); NC DEA in hand
  • DEA / CDS: Active DEA with North Carolina address
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years Emergency Medicine experience within the past 3 years (or completion of EM residency within past 2 years)
  • Other Qualifications: CME records for past 2 years; copy of medical diploma, internship/residency certificates, board certification, and driver's license photo
