Job description

  • ASAP
  • Coverage Need: 2-3 weeks per month
  • Schedule: Clinic and hospital coverage
  • Clinic Volume: 10-12 patients per day
  • Hospital Volume: 4-8 patients per day
  • Patient Mix: BMT/CAR-T, transplant, and benign hematology
  • REQUIRED Procedures/Experience Required: BMT, CAR-T, transplant procedures, and benign hematology
  • Certifications: BC required, ACLS required, Open to TN licensure
  • Credentialing: 30-60 days depending on how fast provider can get licensed/credentialing items in
