MD or DO
Fellowship Trained in Orthopedic Sports Medicine
ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible
Eligible for Iowa & Illinois Medical Licenses
Strong Arthroscopic & Open Sports Surgery Skills
Active DEA
Current BLS Certification
Clean Malpractice & License History Preferred
No J-1 or H-1B Visa Sponsorship
