What You ll Do:
- Provide nursing care for neurological patients with diagnoses like stroke and TBI in a rehab hospital setting
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including APPs and therapists
- Lead and participate in team conferences to develop patient recovery plans
- Manage a consultation service of 25-40 patients within the rehab hospital
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulations
- Support patient recovery and maximize functional outcomes through evidence-based nursing practices
What You Need:
- Valid North Carolina RN licensure
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient rehab or neurology experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills and teamwork orientation
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility for unit needs
