What You ll Do: - Provide inpatient and outpatient Hematology and Oncology care
- Oversee care delivered by nurse practitioners and support staff
- Participate in patient enrollment for clinical research studies
- Manage call coverage and consults within the hospital
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a busy oncology setting
- Document patient visits in EPIC EMR system
- Assist with coordination of adult patient care
What You Need: - Active Virginia medical license or eligible for IMLC/LOQ
- Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to oversee NP practice and participate in research initiatives
