- Need is due to succession planning with current dermatologist

- In-house dermatopathology lab for efficient diagnosis
- Fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons onsite
- Advanced technology including IG-SRT and full-service medical spa
- EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)
Schedule & Work Environment
- Flexible schedule: 4 4.5 day clinical workweek
- Average patients per day
- Supported by:
- Dedicated scribes and medical assistants
- 4 APPs (midlevels)
- 10 exam rooms shared across providers
- Strong onsite leadership and operational support
Clinical Responsibilities
- Full spectrum dermatology:
- Medical dermatology
- Surgical dermatology
- Cosmetic services
- Onsite laser & aesthetic center
- Physician-supervised medical spa services
Compensation & Incentives
- Base salary: $350,000 $450,000
- Production bonus: Collections-based model
- Sign-on bonus
- Relocation stipend
- Resident salary advance available
