Day Kimball Health is seeking a Board Certified CRNA for an ongoing locum assignment at its community hospital in northeastern Connecticut.

• Location: Putnam, CT

• Start Date: ASAP

• Duration: Ongoing

• Schedule: Monday-Friday

• Shift Length: 8-hour shifts

• Call: Optional/potential call opportunities based on provider preference and departmental needs

• NBCRNA Board Certification

• Connecticut license preferred

• BLS & ACLS required
