Job description

Coverage Needed

  • 6/16 - 6/18: 12-hours day coverage
  • 7/13 - 7/17: 8- or 12-hours day coverage
  • Every Monday in June and July: 8 hours day coverage

Clinical Details

  • Clinic 5 days supporting OR
  • Number of exams rooms per provider: 4 ORs 1 GI Suite, 1 OB Suite. Typically, the volume is 50-55 cases a week
  • Medical Imaging: Yes
  • Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
  • EMR: EPIC
  • General, Ortho, GI, Urology, ENT, OB. No Head/Heart. General, GI, and Ortho make up majority of cases.

Requirements

  • Board Certified
  • Active IA License
