Preferred Schedule: 8a-5p, M-F, Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
Worksite Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Stroke Certified Hospital, Trauma level II.
Scope of Work: Pediatrics - Endocrinology, patients per shift:8-9, locum call is for both, call type is beeper, call response time required is 20 mins, call ratio is 1:4; 8-10 patients per day
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active WA license or IMLC, BC; Fellowship preferred
Pay Rate Preferred: $250/Hr; $310.00/Hr OT and Call Back; weeknight call per night $245.00; 24 hr call per 24 hrs (gratis 3) $1500.00
Additional details:
Dates of Need: 1 Week per month.
Needing coverage from 1 locum provider one week a month for ongoing, consistent care.
Providers will have 1 hour for new patient and Diabetic appointments and 30 minutes follow up appointments.
8-10 patients per day.
Minimal rounding on weekends during call coverage.
Provider Min # Shifts Required: 7-14.
Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8, hours worked for OT to apply: 8 hours per day.
Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call, Call-Back.
