Locums - A healthcare facility is seeking a Family Practice Physician to assist with outpatient primary care coverage in northeastern Oklahoma.

• Board Certified Family Practice Physician
• Start ASAP for ongoing need
• Mon-Fri 8a-5p
• Outpatient primary care clinic setting
• Approx. 22-25 ppd
• Must be comfortable seeing all ages
• Routine and acute care visits
• Active OK license, DEA, OBNDD, BLS, ACLS, PALS required
• Candidate must provide recent case logs and a recently pulled NPDB (within 30 days)
