This facility is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician or locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p
• Patients Per Day: 15-20
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Scope: Primary Care
• State Licensure: Active Ohio State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners: To Be Determined
