1. POSITION SUMMARY
This role provides comprehensive otolaryngology care within a multidisciplinary clinical environment. The physician will evaluate, diagnose, and manage conditions involving the ear, nose, throat, and related structures while supporting high quality, evidence based patient care in a hospital employed practice.
2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct patient assessments, review histories, and document findings in an industry standard EMR.
• Diagnose and manage otolaryngologic conditions using clinical evaluation, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
• Communicate treatment plans, procedures, and results clearly to patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated patient care.
3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Active or obtainable State medical license.
• Active or obtainable State controlled substance registration.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology.
4. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience practicing in a hospital employed otolaryngology setting.
• Interest in working within a collaborative, team based environment.
5. COMPETENCIES

• Proficiency with industry standard EMR systems.

6. CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow up care for otolaryngologic conditions.
• Interpret diagnostic studies relevant to ENT care.
• Perform Evaluation and Management documentation consistent with professional standards.
• Coordinate care with internal and referring clinicians.
• Support continuity of care across outpatient and procedural settings.
7. ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in departmental quality and performance initiatives.

Work Environment: Hospital, Outpatient
• Hospital employed otolaryngology practice.
• Outpatient clinic and procedural care settings.

9. SCHEDULE & CALL REQUIREMENTS
Standard clinical hours with call responsibilities as assigned.
