What You ll Do:
- Provide outpatient Radiation Oncology consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care
- Manage and oversee radiation therapy delivery in a fully outpatient setting
- Utilize advanced systems like ARIA, Eclipse, and Sun Nuclear tools to ensure precise treatment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including radiation therapists, physicists, and dosimetrists
- Maintain high standards for safety, efficacy, and patient-centered care
- Participate in a physician-led, autonomous cancer care program with a focus on quality and continuity
What You Need:
Required:
- MD or DO degree with TRULY board eligible or certified in Radiation Oncology
- Ohio medical license or ability to obtain one
- Minimum experience in clinical Radiation Oncology practice (preferred, but new graduates with strong training considered)
Preferred:
- Experience with advanced radiation technology (TrueBeam, HyperArc, Siemens CT Simulator)
- Familiarity with ARIA, Eclipse, Cerner EMR systems
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
