We are seeking a
Family Medicine Physician / Primary Care Physician to join an established, patient-centered medical practice in
Crestview, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking

dental, vision, disability coverage, accident insurance, and flexible spending accounts.Physician Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Manage preventive care, screenings, and immunizations
- Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and treatment therapies
- Provide patient education and follow-up care
- Refer patients to specialists and community resources when appropriate
- Participate in care team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain timely and compliant electronic medical record documentation
Qualifications:- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Board certification required within 3 years if board eligible
- Active Florida Medical License or ability to obtain
- Current DEA registration
- Current CPR certification
- Eligible for malpractice coverage
