Join a Leading Ophthalmology Practice in the Pacific Northwest

Spokane Eye Clinic is seeking a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist to join our thriving physician-led group in Spokane, Washington. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established group and work alongside a collaborative team of subspecialists in a highly respected regional practice.

You will be joining a group of 26 providers (16 MDs, 10 ODs), including 4 glaucoma specialists, with strong internal referral networks and significant unmet demand across the region. This position is designed to support both immediate patient access needs and long-term succession planning, offering the incoming physician the ability to quickly build a busy and sustainable practice.

Position Highlights:

  • Immediate access to a large, established glaucoma and cataract patient base
  • 3 days clinic + 1 day OR (ASC-based) Weekly
  • Dedicated clinical space with outstanding diagnostic equipment and skilled techs
  • Onsite ASC and laser center with experienced staff
  • Collaborative environment with mentorship and surgical support
  • Shared call rotation with large physician group

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Very competitive Base Salary and lucrative collections-based Productivity Bonus model
