Shift & Volume Details:
12-hour shifts, physician-led
️ Midlevel support on-site during peak hours (12 hrs/day)
️ Avg Volume: 1.5 patients/hour sustainable & steady
EMR: Meditech
Must manage all age groups cradle to cane
