Physician Assistant (PA) Cardiovascular Care
Location: Palm Springs, CA
Overview:
Our cardiovascular care team is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to support comprehensive heart health management, including prevention, risk reduction, and chronic disease care. Our provider will work closely with cardiologists in a collaborative outpatient clinic setting. This role offers a structured weekday schedule and a strong benefits package in a patient-focused environment.
Position Offers:
- Full-time schedule, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Starting salary $130,000+ (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain detailed patient histories and perform physical examinations
- Order and interpret cardiovascular diagnostic testing
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications within scope of practice
- Educate patients on cardiovascular disease prevention and management
- Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary care teams
- Support long-term chronic disease and risk factor management
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Certified Physician Assistant with active California state licensure or eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in cardiovascular care
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Effective communication and patient education abilities
