- Openings due to regional expansion
- No trauma designation
- Annual volume range is 20K 60,000; site specific
- EMR system: Epic (w/ PACS, Dragon dictation, and AI scribe)
- Physician coverage model: 70% physician/ 30% APC
- Scribe / support staff: AI scribe, HUC (unit secretary), Tech (splints/IV)
- Specialty back-up: Hospitals (Gen surg, Most Surgical Specialists, Anesthesia, OBGYN) some IR
Position Details
- Schedule structure: Mostly 9- & 10-hour shifts. Occasional 12-hour.
- Shifts per month, No call
- Weekend & some holiday coverage required.
- Competencies include laceration repairs, I&D, FB removal & full eye exam.
- Patient population primarily underserved, non-urban, young family s vs retirement
- Volume expectation is 1.5 -2 patients per hour.
- Collaborative physician oversight
- Thorough onboarding and orientation support
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed $85.00 per hour.
- With bonus up to > $95 per hour
- Plus, Nighttime shift differential

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EM as practicing APC
- Certifications required: ACLS, PALS
- DEA / CSR Not required.
- Board certification APRN or PA for both adult & kids.
- Soft-skill priorities include customer service excellence, clear friendly communication, positive-attitude and enjoys collaboration.
