  • Potential 3 and 4 day work weeks
  • A successful Skilled Nursing Facilities practice
  • Hiring Nurse Practitioners
  • New Grads welcome (with previous RN experience)
  • This group manages Skilled Nursing Facilities
  • The position is full-time and a Permanent role (not locum)
  • Job consists of seeing patients in multiple local SNF's
  • There are great schedules offered and minimal phone call
  • Providers travel to a couple local sites per day (3-4) (SNF/LTAC/ALF/ILF)
