Occupational Therapist - Long-term Acute Care - (OT - Acute)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2192.00 - $2259.00

OT - ltach needed asap for 13 weeksMonday to Friday (30-40 hrs./week) but flexible for days of week.Facility Setting? LTACH1-2 years experienceWA lic requiredNumber of beds in your facility? Licensed80 with Census 55-60.Preferred experience level? Experienced in acute care, LTACH setting a plus.EMR for your facility: ProTouchScrub colors / dress code: Gray ScrubsParking Location: Side of hospital but very limited. Suggest public transit use.

Experience: 1 year
Licenses: OT-WA
Certifications: OTR-NBCOT(Copy Needed)
SSN Required

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred experience level? Experienced in acute care, LTACH setting a plus
