                JOB REQUIREMENTS
                • Board: Certified
                • Licenses: Licensed in AZ
                • Certifications: ACLS, BLS
                • Experience: Minimum one year of experience
                • Other Qualifications: Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks; must provide case logs of blocks performedDuties & Responsibilities
                  • Provide anesthesia services across 4 designated facility locations.
                  • Perform independent anesthesia practice including peripheral nerve blocks.
                  • Participate in shared weeknight and weekend call coverage.
                  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in surgical, endoscopic, and procedural settings.
                  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility-specific credentialing requirements.
