Job description

  • Specialty:
    • Thoracic TraumaSurgery NP or PA
    • Coverage Needs:
      • July - Ongoing
      • Shifts:
        • 3-4 days per week
        • 10 hour shifts
        • Call:
          • No
          • Census:
            • 7-10
            • Support Staff:
              • Fullsurgery team
              • Procedures:
                • 1st assist in the OR
                • Must have Thoracic (non-cardiac) and Robotic experience
                • Rounding, admissions, discharge
                • Majority of cases are minimally invasive, with some foregut surgery in addition to lung surgery
                • EMR:
                  • Epic
                  • Voice Recognition
                  • Travel:
                    • Hospital will cover
                    • Credentialing timeline:
                      • 30-60
                      • Requirements:
                        • Active CT State License
