Job Title: Permanent Physician - Otolaryngology
Location: Fort Collins, Colorado

Experience working in a new clinic equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and a robust support system, fostering growth in a patient-centered practice.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care in outpatient, inpatient, and clinic settings.
- Join a two-provider practice, supported by two audiologists and one APP.
- Conduct 20-25 patient visits per day, with 40 minutes allocated for new patients and 20 minutes for follow-ups.
- Participate in a 4-day work week: 3 days in the clinic and 1 day in the operating room.
- Manage clinic call from home, with opportunity for additional facial trauma call.
- Utilize the EPIC documentation system for patient records.
- Emphasize quality patient care and adherence to high standards within a Level 3 Trauma facility.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
- Preferred additional training in Otology or Laryngology.
- Clean malpractice record.
- Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active).
- Ability to start before December 2024 is preferred.
Licenses and Certification Requirements:
- Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain.
- DEA registration (must be obtained prior to start).
