What You ll Do
- Manage outpatient hematology and oncology patients, including consultation and follow-up care
- Administer treatments such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including NP, LPN, CNA/CMA staff
- Document patient encounters in Epic, utilizing AI charting tools
- Participate in occasional inpatient consults as needed
- Follow clinic policies regarding schedule, dress code, and protocols
- Communicate with the team via phone, text, or electronic health records
What You Need
- NY Medical License in Hand
- Minimum 5 years experience in hematology/oncology
- Flexibility to adapt to program growth
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work a standard 8-5 daytime schedule
