As a Hematology/Oncology Physician, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to patients facing various cancer diagnoses.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care for individuals with different types of cancer and hematological disorders, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.
- Collaborate with a team of nine physicians, eight advanced practice providers (APPs), and support staff for disease-specific care.
- Work alongside nurse navigators and care managers to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
- Stay updated on innovative treatments and technologies in oncology.
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system to document and manage patient care.
- Participate in clinical research and apply new treatment methodologies.
- Offer consultations, second opinions, and tailored treatment plans for complex cancer cases.
- Work collaboratively with a progressive team to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
- Minimal call responsibility shared with other clinicians.

Qualifications:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology (required).
- Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain.
- Clean malpractice and license history (highly preferred).
- Recent NPDB Self Query report (within 30 days, required at presentation).
- DEA must be obtained prior to start date (required).

- Active Colorado License (or willingness to obtain).
