- Locations: Alma, Clare, Midland, Bay City
- Start date: ASAP
- Preferred schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5 or flexibility in non-traditional hours as well.
- Background and Certifications required: BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Typical Primary Care duties
- On call: 1:3 Phone call shared with family medicine providers
- Full Support staff
- Patient Load: To be discussed with group
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 90-120 days could be sooner
- Compensation: Base Salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan
- Full Benefits: Professional Liability with tail coverage, Life, Health, Dental, Long & Short term Disability. CME dollars and Days
