• Typical outpatient Primary Care services
• Managed Care
• Partnership opportunities down the line
• Patient Population : Geriatrics Ages 65+
• Call Schedule : Telephone call only
• No visiting hospitals
• Call is triaged by a nurse case manager
• PPD : 12-16 PPD
• EMR : eClinical Works
• Credentialing : 60-90 Days
• Requirement: 2 years+ of Medicare Advantage Exp required, no exceptions
• Support : Full office staff and midlevels
• Compensation & Benefits :
• Base Salary : 230-250K
• Quality Metrics Bonus : 30% of annual salary (Guaranteed the 1st year)
