Job description

Licensed Optometrist needed for a multi-specialty group in Northwest Indiana, within the Chicagoland area. Joining two other Optometrist. Optical services are comprehensive eye exams, diabetic eye exams, cataract evaluations, glaucoma evaluations, eye infections management, EyePACS photography, contact lens services, and eye glasses and optical dispensary.
