Job description

Not every pulmonology role needs to feel unpredictable. This one doesn't.

You're stepping into a physician-led, multi-specialty group where everything is already aligned: established patient volume, consistent internal referrals, structured clinic flow, and optional hospital involvement. No rebuilding. No guesswork. Just a practice that's ready for you from day one.

  • Outpatient-focused pulmonology with a growing, established panel
  • Strong referral network from primary care and specialty partners
  • Flexibility to incorporate procedures based on your clinical interests
  • Predictable weekly schedule designed for consistency

How the System Supports You

  • Administrative tasks like scheduling, prior authorizations, and care coordination are handled by centralized teams, so your time stays focused on patients. You'll work within a collaborative, physician-led environment built around efficiency and continuity of care.
  • Dedicated Medical Assistant support
  • Centralized scheduling and coordination
  • Established clinic workflows already in place
  • Active multi-specialty collaboration throughout the group

Call and Schedule

  • Shared, structured call model
  • Manageable and sustainable long-term
  • 35 clinical hours, 5 administrative hours
  • Choose how and when you would like to practice

Compensation and Benefits

  • $400K+ total earning potential
  • Competitive base salary plus productivity incentives
  • Full benefits package
  • CME and professional development support

Requirements

  • MD/DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine
  • Fellowship-trained in Pulmonary or Pulmonary/Critical Care

If you're looking for a pulmonology role where the volume is already there, the structure is solid, and your schedule actually holds, this is built for exactly that.
