- Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM PST
- Coverage Dates: September 1, 2026 December 31, 2026
- Minimum 5 7 Shifts Per Month
- Guaranteed 8 Hours Per Day

- Average Patient Volume: Patients Per Shift
- Gap Coverage Assignment
- Provider Will Be Mailed Required Equipment
- Virtual Platform Training/Onboarding Provided
Practice Setting:
- Telehealth / Inpatient Consultative Services
- EMR: Epic
- Stroke-Certified Hospital System
- Supervision of 1 APP May Be Required
- Multiple Providence Facilities Supported
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Infectious Disease Consultation
- Management of Vascular Access Devices/Central Venous Catheters
- IV Antimicrobial Management
- Evaluation and Treatment of Complex Infectious Diseases
- Telemedicine-Based Inpatient Support
- Familiarity with Intravenous Medications
Assignment Details:

- Provider Must Be Comfortable Working Virtually
- Technology Experience Preferred
License & Requirements:
- Active California License Required
- Active DEA Required
- Board Certified Infectious Disease Required
- Clean NPDB Required
- Clean Malpractice History Required
- Clean Background Check Required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active California, Oregon, and Washington Licenses
- Active DEA in Multiple States Preferred
- Prior Telemedicine Experience Preferred

- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 Days
