Position Details:
Patient Population: 18 years and older
Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
Responsibilities:
- Provide Interventional Cardiology coverage
- Perform STEMI call coverage
- Follow own patients until sign-off
- Perform coronary angiograms and related interventional procedures
- Interpret Echo and Stress studies
Required Procedures:
- PCI
- Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterizations
- Right Heart Catheterizations
- Left Heart Catheterizations
- Echo Interpretation
- Stress Test Interpretation
- STEMI Intervention Coverage
EMR System: Meditech with Patient Keeper interface
Support Staff:
- Fully staffed office
- 1 MA per provider in clinic
- Anesthesia support as needed for inpatients
On-Call/Weekends:
- 24-hour call coverage (7:00 AM 7:00 AM)
- STEMI call coverage required
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- BLS, ACLS, and DEA Certifications
- Oregon License
- Fellowship/Residency in Interventional Cardiology
