• No patient appointments during lunch hour
• Ongoing coverage needed

Weekend Call Coverage

• Approximately 1 weekend every 6-7 weeks
• Call begins:
  • Friday at 5:00 PM
  • Ends Monday at 8:00 AM
• 24-hour beeper call coverage
• Required response time: Within 30 minutes

Additional Coverage

• Potential PRN inpatient behavioral health coverage
• Daytime weekday coverage only if needed

Licensure Requirements

• Active Montana Medical License - Required
• IMLC Accepted

Board Certification

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry - Required

Required Certifications

• BLS - Required

Preferred Qualifications

• Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship - Preferred

Patient Population

• Ages 4-17 years
• Outpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
• Coordination with:
  • Schools
  • Community agencies

Clinical ExpectationsOutpatient Clinic

• Average of 7-10 patients per day
• Appointment lengths range from:
  • 20 minutes
  • Up to 120 minutes
• Average patients per shift: 6

Behavioral Health Stabilization Unit Call Coverage

• Telephone availability for admissions
• Daily inpatient rounding during call weekends
• Average daily census: 15 patients across units

Unit Composition

• 2-bed special care unit
• 18-bed adult behavioral health unit
• 18-bed adolescent behavioral health unit (ages 11-17)

Support StaffOutpatient Clinic

• 2 Psychiatrists
• 1 PMHNP
• 2 Licensed Therapists
• 2 Front Office Staff
• 1 RN
• 0.5 RN Clinic Manager

Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit

• Registered Nurses (24/7)
• Psychiatric Technicians (24/7)
• Licensed Clinical Therapists
• Recreation Therapist
• Security (on-call 24/7)
