Requirements:
  • Licensure and certification through American Midwifery Certification Board (REQUIRED)
  • Experience with perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance use considerations (REQUIRED)
  • OH license (or willing to obtain) (REQUIRED)
  • 2 years+ of CNM experience (REQUIRED)

Benefits:
  • $140,000 - $145,000 base salary (includes 200 hours vacation/CME)
  • $26.00 per wRVU productivity bonus (no cap)
