The practice is hospital-based, focusing entirely on inpatient care, ensuring you will be providing critical services in a robust medical environment. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive neurology services for hospitalized patients.
- Perform required neurology procedures, including lumbar punctures and thrombolytic therapy.
- Maintain accurate patient records using the Epic documentation system.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in on-call duties only when on-site.
- Ensure a high standard of care is upheld throughout the practice.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Neurology or Truly Board Eligible (0-5 years post-residency).
- Active South Carolina medical license and DEA.
- BLS Certification.
- Clean background with no exceptions.
- Self-query NPDB report required (to be pulled within the last 30 days).
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification or eligibility in Neurology.
- Active South Carolina state license.
- DEA registration.
- Current BLS certification.
