Provide interventional radiology locum coverage with general IR experience required8-hour day shifts generally between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with evening call from 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM24-hour call coverage required on weekendsStroke thrombectomy capability preferred but not required; general IR procedures are the primary requirementNo diagnostic reading required between IR casesAverage of 10-15 procedures performed during an 8-hour on-site day shiftCall back during weekday and weekend shifts typically only required for emergenciesRequired procedures include: diagnostic and therapeutic vascular intervention, angiography, angioplasty, stenting, thrombolytic therapy, embolization therapy, vascular access devices/PICCs, central lines, port-a-cath insertions, IVC filters, TIPS, percutaneous needle biopsies, abscess drainage, thoracentesis, paracentesis, myelography, pain management procedures, vertebroplasty, arthrograms, chest tube insertion, uterine artery embolization, liver Y90/TACE, gastrostomy tube insertion, nephrostomy/ureteral stent insertion, renal fistulograms, and cryoablationEMR system: EpicBoard certification requiredIR residency or fellowship requiredACLS and BLS requiredNorth Dakota state license highly preferred; IMLC required if ND license is not activeClean malpractice history highly preferredNPDB self-query report must be dated within 30 days of presentation dateProcedure list must be completed using Yes or No responses indicating whether the provider has performed each procedureFacility:
