Family Medicine Physician
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including first contact care and continuity of care for patients
Coordinate with community agencies and resources to ensure ongoing patient support and care continuity
Participate in continuing medical education and training initiatives
Conduct and participate in group and individual patient/family education sessions
Collaborate in organizational service activities and clinical programs
Supervise and provide consultation to advanced practice providers, including review and countersigning of medical records
Authorize and oversee Patient Care Protocols
Assist in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
Oversee CLIA-waived laboratory operations
Support quality assurance initiatives, clinical indicators, and overall healthcare service coordination
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments
Develop and implement treatment plans including patient education, medications, lab testing, and follow-up care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using a problem-oriented medical record system
Make appropriate referrals to specialists and community resources when needed
Provide follow-up care to monitor patient progress and outcomes
Participate in emergency care and after-hours coverage as required
Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania Medical License (Required)
Minimum 1+ year of primary care experience (Preferred)
Experience in Women's Health and/or Pediatrics (Preferred)
Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills
