Job description

  • Opportunity to join large national health system
  • Medical Director role in Fort Wayne, IN
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Remote 4 days a week; onsite 1 day a week
  • Can be based anywhere within 3 hours of Fort Wayne
  • 120 beds with average census of 70
  • 16 patients a day average
  • Primarily inpatient may include occasional IOP coverage
  • FMD 30 hours a month during normal work hours 8a-5p
  • Prefer candidates with IN license/DEA but open
  • Must be comfortable with Adult and Adolescent
  • Located within 3 hours driving distance of Fort Wayne, IN
