Job description

Western Kentucky hospital located less than one hour from Nashville, TN is seeking a medical director for their brand new Emergency Department. This facility is a freestanding ER that opened in April 2026. Enjoy low cost of living and competitive compensation in this vibrant college town known for award winning schools and Mammoth Cave National Park.

ABEM certification required. At least one year of director and associate director experience preferred Annual volume: 23,000. $275/hour days, $295/hour nights. 7 bed ED, 5 bed UC. On site Radiology, CT, and ultrasound. Meditech EMR, transitioning to EPIC in December 2026. 1099 only.
