Job Description
  • Expanding practice is hiring in Pueblo, Colorado
  • This group manages several Skilled Nursing Facilities
  • Primary Care Physicians (PCP) can apply for this role
  • Open to Internal Medicine - Family Medicine - Geriatricians
  • Providers travel to a couple sites per day (never more than 3-4)
Compensation and Benefits
  • The group is offering the highest payin the market for SNF work
  • $275,000 base and potential to earn $300,000
  • Very minimal overnight call coverage
  • 20 days of PTO
  • CME: 3 days off and $2,000 stipend
  • $3,600 per year health insurance (3 plans to choose from)
  • 401k with 3% match (max of $6,000)
  • 100% coverage for employee's Dental
