We are not able to accept Visa candidates Primary Care Outpatient FM, IM or Geriatrics prefer experienced physicians but will consider 2026 grads. No visa candidates will be considered.

Value based care practice seeing patients 65 and older

LOCATIONS: Brockton, Dorchester and Lynn, MA

Lynn location needs a bilingual Spanish speaking physician

Highlights:

• Outpatient-only, M F schedule with 1 work-from-home day/week
• Patient panel capped at 750 (start with 100 and ramp gradually)
• 18 patients per day
• Limited call
• Team-based care model with EMTs, APPs, MAs, Care Managers & acute care nursing support
