Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of 35 physicians and 2 APPs at St. Michael Medical Center.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in internal or family medicine.
- Availability to commence practice in 2026 (not yet considering 2027 residents).
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (Sound offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates).
- Open to H1b visa candidates with in-house visa specialists and filing fees covered. Not yet considering 2027 J1 candidates.
Scheduling:
- We offer flexibility in scheduling and guaranteed shift obligations.
- Currently hiring for a primarily daytime role, swings, and dedicated nights
Key Responsibilities:
- We work in a closed ICU setting with full intensivist support. Our team is not required to do procedures or run codes.
- Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents on their inpatient rotations.

Rewards and Compensation:
- The yearly base salary is $280K for full-time, along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and growth.
