General Dentist - North Carolina Various Locations up to 35% of collections
A large provider-owned practice, not a DSO, is seeking to add a new associate to one of its state-of-the-art general dentist clinics in various communities throughout eastern North Carolina. They require one year of experience either in the U.S., your home country, or a residency program. The group will offer a top-notch financial and benefits package. All clinics are state-of-the-art facilities to allow you to perform any dental procedures and cases that you are comfortable with. Some of their locations offer mentorship, but others you would work independently.
Schedule:
4-day work week.
No call or weekends
Visa Candidates Welcome
Financials:
32% - 35% of production based on production, not collections
$400k per year is obtained by most of their productive dentists in the group
Perform all the cases you are comfortable with, or just do bread and butter cases
