Position Highlights Schedule: 4 days/week (8 AM 5 PM)
Patient Volume: 2 patients/hour in the operatory; 60+ patients/day in hygiene
Patient Age Range: First dental visit through age 20

Clinical Team:
Dentists: Multi-provider environment
Support Staff: 2 Hygienists, 2 Dental Assistants, full administrative team
Operatories: Modern, fully equipped operatory layout (details shared during interview)
Procedures: Comprehensive pediatric dentistry preventive, restorative, SSCs, extractions, space maintenance, and behavior management

Payor Mix: 80% Medicaid, remaining PPO
Compensation & Earnings Production Model: 30% operative + 10% hygiene production
Annual Earning Potential: $200,000 $400,000+ depending on experience and efficiency
