Position Overview
Provide CRNA coverage for a mix of OR and OB cases. Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals is required.

Endoscopy
OB and GYN
Pediatrics
General surgery
Orthopedics
Required Qualifications
Active Indiana CRNA license.
Case logs required, including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks.
Certifications listed include ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
Credentialing
Estimated credentialing timeframe: approximately 120 days (temps may be available with a clean file).
