Emergency Medicine Physician

General information for the South Dakota facility:

• Seeking approximately 4 6 full-time ER physicians
• 2 3 PRN ER physicians

Scheduling:

• Physicians: 7a 7p / 7p 7a

All Physicians will require both Emergency Room and Hospitalist privileges. During the startup phase, facility providers will also assist with inpatient rounding until census volume supports transition to tele-hospitalist coverage. The tentative opening date is September 15, 2026.
All providers will need:

• South Dakota medical licensure
• Appropriate DEA and CSR licensure

Preferred physician qualifications:

• ABEM or AOBEM board certification preferred, though all boards will be considered
• Providers without ABEM/AOBEM will need current ATLS, ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
