Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner

General information for the South Dakota facility:

• Approximately 4 mid-level providers, preferably NPs, though we are open to PAs as well

Tentative provider scheduling:

• Mid-level providers: likely 10a 10p or 11a 11p depending on census needs

All providers will require both Emergency Room and Hospitalist privileges. During the startup phase, facility providers will also assist with inpatient rounding until census volume supports transition to tele-hospitalist coverage. The tentative opening date is September 15, 2026. All providers will need:

• South Dakota medical licensure
• Appropriate DEA and CSR licensure

Mid-level providers will need:

• Current ACLS, PALS, BLS, and other applicable certifications
• Appropriate board certification for their licensure level
