Great opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in Family Practice 45 min SE of Boise near Mountain Home Air Force Base.

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Great community southeast of Boise by 45 min
• Mon-Fri - 8a-5p - occasional later shift 11:30a-7:30p - once a month rotate one Sat 8a-5p
• On call once a month
• Must have exp as an NP/PA in Primary Care
• Will see all ages
• 15-18 ppd
