Physician Assistant (PA-C) / Nurse Practitioner (NP) Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Overview A well-established and growing outpatient healthcare practice is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
The role is ideal for providers experienced in musculoskeletal and injury-related conditions, with a strong interest in helping patients recover and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions involving the spine, joints, and soft tissues
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging studies
- Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and preventative care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Coordinate referrals and return-to-work/activity plans
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications - Active PA-C or NP license (or ability to obtain in Colorado)
- DEA registration and prescriptive authority (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
Preferred Experience - Orthopedics, pain management, physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Urgent care, family medicine, occupational medicine, or emergency medicine
- Experience treating injury-related conditions (e.g., whiplash, joint injuries, spine pain)
- Outpatient clinical or procedural experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Compensation and Benefits - Competitive hourly rate: $49.23 $70.13 per hour (based on experience)
