What You ll Do - Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized plans of care for patients with physical functioning disorders or wound care needs
- Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments based on clinical assessments and regulatory standards
- Document all care accurately within electronic health records and prepare comprehensive discharge summaries
- Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, families, and caregivers
- Provide education, counseling, and consultation on treatment plans and recovery strategies
- Supervise and support physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students as needed
- Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development activities
What You Need - Valid Physical Therapist license in Missouri or transfer eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of regulatory and clinical documentation requirements
- Ability to work independently and adapt to patient needs
